For more than 40 years, LMB Kunststofftechnik GmbH has offered the complete process chain to implement your product ideas in terms of injection moulded parts. We accompany you from the initial discussions through to series production; our experts provide all the solutions you need from a single source.

Our experienced design department designs the right tool for every specific application, which is then manufactured with the utmost care and precision in our tool and mould shop and prepared for series production.

The injection moulding department is our centrepiece. Here we manufacture products with an article weight of between 2 g and 3,500 g from a wide range of thermoplastics on 22 modern injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 500 to 9000 kN. To this end, we use a wide variety of raw materials, from thermoplastic elastomers and engineering plastics such as PC and PC- PBT to glass-fibre-reinforced polyamides. Altogether we process around 200 different plastics, transparent or in every possible colour. We fulfil every customer request.

Thanks to a high level of automation and innovative robot technology, we manufacture cost-effectively and reliably. For that, we act in a sustainable and resource- saving manner. We use heat recovery from our cooling systems, measure our energy consumption permanently and use environmentally friendly compressors.
