Im Jahr 2004 wurde das Werk Oldenburg um das Modulcenter in Emden erweitert. Mit rund 180 Mitarbeitern stellt das Modulcenter Emden mit der Montage von Stoßfängern und Türverkleidungen die Linienversorgung zum Volkswagenkonzern sicher. Mit einer Vielzahl an hochmodernen Anlagen, zum Beispiel eine Montagelinie mit autonomen e-Carts und einem vollautomatischen Verladesystem, ist Motherson in Emden bestens für die Zukunft gerüstet.

At the Oldenburg site, around 500 employees manufacture interior and exterior modules for our international customers. The highly automated painting facility is one of the most advanced in Germany.
In 2004, the Oldenburg plant was joined by the module centre in Emden. With a workforce of around 180 employees, the module centre in Emden is responsible for the final assembly of bumpers and door panels for the Volkswagen production lines. Motherson in Emden is well prepared for the future with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, including an assembly line with autonomous e-carts and a fully automatic loading system.
